A notebook built for pockets and backpacks, not display shelves. The E.F.G Field Journal comes with an UltraHyde hardcover that shrugs off daily handling, and at 5.5" × 8.5" (13.97 cm × 21.59 cm) it slides into most bags without a fight.
Inside there are 80 pages of lined, cream-colored paper. Cream keeps ink from glaring back at you under a desk lamp, and the lining gives notes some structure instead of a blank page staring back.
The elastic closure keeps pages from fanning open in a bag, and the ribbon marker saves you hunting for where you stopped. Loose receipts, ticket stubs and folded notes go in the expandable inner pocket at the back.
Each journal is made only after you order it, for environmental and human friendly reasons. Allow roughly a week for production, then tracking information follows once it ships.
